Terms of Service – Slide Out!

These terms govern your use of Slide Out! published by Quavon UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Langbehnstraße 39, 83022 Rosenheim, Germany.

1. Licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game for private, non-commercial purposes.
2. Account. Your game account is created automatically. You are responsible for activities on your account. You may delete it at any time in the game settings.
3. Virtual items. Boosters, themes, season pass content and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. Consumed items are not refunded except where required by law or by the store's refund policy.
4. Purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. The Plus subscription renews automatically until cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google; refunded items are removed from your account.
5. Fair play. Do not cheat, manipulate scores, exploit bugs, use automation or interfere with the service. We validate results on our servers and may remove results, league rewards or accounts that violate these rules.
6. Availability. We may change, suspend or end features, events, leagues and seasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
